I began my full-time Real Estate career in early 2015. My interest in real estate began earlier in my business career when I was a Business/Transaction Manager for two top producing agents in Northern Virginia. Since then, I have received Rookie of the Year, Top Producer, & Quality Service Provider awards. I have lived up & down the East coast, California & Europe both as an Army officer's wife & corporate/business professional. Each move required the purchase &/or sale of personal homes utilizing Realtors & relocation companies. These experiences have given me insight & sensitivity to the home selling & buying process. My successful approach to real estate begins with a personal consultation (whether selling or buying a home) to determine your specific needs & preferences. From that first consultation to selling your home, to moving you on to your next adventure by finding you your dream home, I create a positive environment with a "can-do" attitude that provides a smooth transaction for my clients. I hold a BS degree in Business & Project Management from University of Phoenix. I am a certified Military Relocation Specialist & Real Estate Negotiation Expert. I have over 20 yrs experience in corporate executive administration, non-profit resource development, & direct sales management. Areas of expertise from this adventurous career that transfer well to my real estate career are: customer service excellence-advisor & trainer; marketing, project & organizational management; customer & resource development; community engagement, & volunteerism. Outside of my real estate career, I enjoy time with my immediate family, my daughters, their hubbies, several grandchildren, & our "grand-doggies!"
