E. Lynn Carr-Hawkes entire career has been focused on serving - the military, public service, universities,non-profit organizations, and the community. Lynn has been an active member of the community for years and is so excited to be turning that community focus to serving clients in the real estate market.

With a passion for service in the Virginia area, Lynn’s motto of “Clients First” which aligns with her career background and experiences. As a proud member of Samson Properties, Lynn is ready to help clients make homeownership a dream come true. Serving first time home buyers, job or military relocation, Lynn carries the value of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service in everything she does. Lynn retired from the federal government after 35+ plus years in the contract and acquisition management field. She is also an Army Veteran with 28+ years of distinguished service. Lynn is an expert negotiator with experience teaching negotiation courses as an Adjutant Professor at the master’s level. When Lynn is not making homeownership dreams come true for her clients, she enjoys traveling with family/friends and spending time with her grandsons. Lynn enjoys servicing clients in the following areas: Spotsylvania, Stafford, Caroline, King George, Orange, Culpeper, and Prince William Counties and Fredericksburg City.
